Cooking Classes w/ Paul
Our inaugural cooking class will feature two dishes we love and make every single week! The main dish will be a sausage, kale and orecchiette pasta dish that's become a delicious staple in our home. We will also make foolproof steamed jasmine rice which we'll use in an Asian inspired egg bowl.

About the event
Join us for our inaugural cooking class hosted by Paul Franetovich of Jack + Adeline. In this class we will focus on a main dish of Sausage, Kale and Orecchiette pasta with a special (and surprsing) ingredient. Additionally we'll run thru a foolproof recipe for steamed Jasmine Rice which will go into a quick and delicious egg bowl that's become a staple in our home.
The format for this class will be relatively informal. You can think of it like you've been invited into our home for a dinner party and we've asked you to pitch in and help a bit with meal prep. We will have wine, cheese and charcuterie available for snacking and we will, of course, greedily consume the fruits of our labor!
