We use this product as the first stage of finishing for all our projects. The thinner consistency enables more product to fill in the system of veins that previously brought water to all parts of the tree. We find, when we use it as the first stage of our three stage processm we get a much more solid, consistent and protective finish.
*When possible, for ultimate protection, use Odie's original formula as the second stage of finishing to ensure a bullet proof finish.
